About me

Jonathan Sang-Joon Lee is a K-12 music educator in Vancouver, Canada and a doctoral candidate in music education at Boston University. His research interests encompass cultural diversity, popular music education, and music education within special education contexts. He has delivered clinical workshops and research presentations at various conferences across North America and Europe. As a musician specializing in popular, rock, and jazz genres, he has performed at various venues in Canada, USA, Argentina, and his home country, South Korea. He has also released two records as a band leader.
