With a background in talent management and communications for independent artists such as Paul Wall, Yolanda Adams, Bun B, and Yung Bleu, she helped expand their brands and deepen their connection with fans. She is currently building Methix—an app that gives independent artists the same access to opportunities reserved for the top percent of the music industry (sponsored by Microsoft for Startups). An elected music leader, Arnaecia serves on the board of the Recording Academy/GRAMMYs and champions key committees including education, nominating, advocacy, and Rap/R&B membership. She is a passionate advocate for music rights and remains committed to transparency, integrity, and equity across every corner of the industry.
