About me
Topy Nguyen is a private instructor of trombone and freelance musician in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, where he taught as a band director and completed his master's in music education at Texas Christian University. As an active performer with party and wedding bands alongside developing skills as a DJ, Topy is an eager facilitator of the dance floor. He is also a founding member of the Texas chapter of APME, where he hopes to help bring popular music pedagogy to the forefront of Texas music education.
