This session shares a three-year action-research project on improving peer feedback in pop-band ensembles for 16–19-year-olds in Singapore. Findings highlight students’ growing critical-listening vocabulary, the social dynamics shaping their feedback, and practical strategies (scaffolds, modelled critique, and iterative performance–response cycles) to strengthen collaborative musicianship.
