Improving Guitar Sight-Reading with Movable Do Solfege

This presentation shows why U.S. guitarists tend to lag behind their peers at single-line sight-reading. It proposes a path to expert-level proficiency that uses the opportunities created by a popular music upbringing and by the idiosyncrasies of the guitar.
